Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greet customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome, use a positive and clear speaking voice, and listen to and understands requests, issues, and situations from both guests and team members.
∎ Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing to provide clear direction to employees, and staff members
∎ Assign and instructs guest service members, front desk agents in the details of work
∎ Manage reception desk through times of stress, and emergencies resolve visitors concerns, and implements resolutions using discretion and judgment.
∎ Managing mail distribution and dispatch system
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Smart and presentable appearance
Salary: Negotiable
