Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc In IE/ IPE/ Textile/Equivalent
∎ Background of Industrial engineering will given preference.
∎ Skills Required: IE
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
IE, Industrial & Production Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyzing efficiency of different sections and identifying alternatives to maximize the efficiency and reduce the cost.
∎ Workout with IPE team to enhance the efficiency and work with team to achieve.
∎ Follow up on production build up achievement and variance.
∎ Work on build up variance and work out the plan to fulfill the monthly performance.
∎ Ensure the management reports are sent daily.
∎ Monitor week operators and poor performer and use IPE tool to recover the areas.
∎ Closely follow up 'change over plan' and COT 'few new style'.
∎ Ensure all achieve the style learning curve.
∎ Follow up new operator training process.
∎ Check SMV cost budget.
∎ Work with planning dept. to get the correct loading to the factory.
∎ Manpower utilization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Knitwear Garments
∎ Strong analytical & team management skill;
∎ Positive works ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities;
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members;
∎ Good mail correspondence;
∎ Ability to work with IT environment;
