Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial and Production Engineering or Textile Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, creativity, Efficient in communicating in English in both written and verbal, Proactive, Problem solving and decision making, Software Knowledge

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with Supermarket / Kanban Team for arranging line loading.
∎ Study upcoming styles and prepare requirement of machines, attachments, etc. accordingly.
∎ Review style changeover time, data and take appropriate action for quick changeover.
∎ Reduce work in process (WIP), find bottlenecks and quality related issues and find way to resolve it.
∎ Calculate non-productive time, reduce defect and wastage percentage, effective machine layout with use of appropriate automation.
∎ Work with team to enhance productivity and efficiency through Method study, Time study, Motion study, Line balancing, etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 31 years
∎ Knowledge on Operation Breakdown and preparing Operation Bulletin
∎ 2D/3D drawing in Auto CAD
∎ Basic understanding on 5M and Lean manufacturing
∎ Knowledge on KAIZEN, JIT, Kanban, Six Sigma
