Job Context:
∎ UNIgas has constructed a state-of-the-art LPG Import, Storage, Bottling and Distribution Terminal & a Cylinder Manufacturing Plant in Sitakunda, Chattogram. The Main Terminal is located at Sitakunda in Chattogram and satellite stations are being set up across the country. The company is looking for dynamic, self-motivated and high performing individuals for the position:
∎ Job Location: Shajahanpur, Bogura.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project site cost verification.
∎ Checking bills, voucher, attendance and labor function at project site.
∎ After completion of the project, will be engaged in sales authentication.
∎ Checking & verifying Project Site Petty Cash and relevant expenses.
∎ After the completion of the project, will be responsible for procurement, consumption and stock verification.
∎ Reviewing VAT Challan and entry & exist verification of goods at the project site.
∎ Preparing & submitting various audit related reports to the line manager.
∎ Monitoring the suppliers’ payments.
∎ Overseeing inventory management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Having minimum of 1-2 years of experience in relevant field.
∎ Preference will be given to those who have certification or professional degree in audit.
∎ Must have excellent knowledge on Advanced MS Excel, MS PowerPoint & MS Word
∎ Should have sound communication skill in written English
∎ Should possess analytical skills.
