∎ Adequate knowledge over Islamic Finance

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee and manage the Islamic banking/finance related documents and transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
∎ Maintain and ensure the integrity of customer records and account information.
∎ Prepare and analyse periodic reports related to Islamic finance back-office operations.
∎ Serve as a point of contact for resolving complex back-office related issues and providing support to front office and other departments.
∎ Ensure strict adherence to Shariah principles, regulatory guidelines, and internal policies and procedures.
∎ Participate in the reconciliation of accounts, investigation, and resolution of discrepancies.
∎ Assist in the development and implementation of efficient back-office processes and workflows.
∎ Maintain proper filing and documentation of all relevant records in an organized manner.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management related to Islamic Finance wing.
