Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The incumbent will liaise with the prospective customer and try to generate leads for the business.
∎ Keep the company website updated with accurate content, make timely changes, and ensure it runs smoothly.
∎ Use SEO strategies to help the website rank higher and get more visibility in search results.
∎ Monitor website performance and use analytics to improve it.
∎ Use basic coding skills like HTML to make updates or changes to the website.
∎ Work with developers and designers to improve the website’s features and make it easier to use.
∎ Planned and ran online marketing campaigns to promote our brand, products, and services.
∎ Team up with graphic designers and others to create eye-catching materials for campaigns.
∎ Manage email marketing, social media, and online ads as part of the overall marketing plan.
∎ Keep track of our online presence on social media and other digital platforms.
∎ Engage with online feedback and comments to maintain a positive brand reputation.
∎ Verify the volume of work and invoices presented by various contractors.
∎ Monitoring all civil engineering tasks and safety concerns.
∎ Capable of performing effectively under pressure and independently.
∎ Oversight of material wastage during the execution of projects.
∎ Management of the project construction timeline, supervision, and activity coordination.
∎ Invoice verification in accordance with the completed work as per the established schedule.
∎ Engagement in additional tasks as required by management.
∎ Fundamental understanding of construction equipment and safety regulations.
∎ Proficient in interpreting technical drawings.
