∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Fluent in English Communication both in Written and Spoken, MS Office, Open to take responsibility, Proactive and Positive attitude, Quick learner and hard working, Time Management skills
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement & follow up Buyer’s manual at factory.
∎ Monitoring 6S and maintenance WIP in production floor.
∎ Follow up style wise production & quality.
∎ Follow up trim cards, color shade management & style file.
∎ Review pre-production schedule to ensure bulk input is on time.
∎ Confirm the quality and parts measurement with Technical, Production & Quality team during 1st output on every items.
∎ Review and make correction of all type samples before offering to buyer.
∎ Tracking sample progress and take necessity action based on Deadline.
∎ Co-ordinating buyer during floor visit and take necessity action based on findings within proper deadline.
∎ Review weekly defect scenario situation and work effectively to reduce the percentage of DHU.
∎ Conducting training on buyer’s manual and ensure it is following properly.
∎ Track & report the improvement progress accordingly.
