∎ BBA/ MBA in business administration, or a related field.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Data analysis: Analyzing sales and marketing data to generate insights and reports that help decision-making. They must be able to analyze data from different sources, including market research reports, sales data, and social media.
∎ Forecasting: Forecasting demand and supply for FMCG products based on historical data and trends. They should be able to use tools like Excel, statistical software, and business intelligence platforms to develop forecasts.
∎ Monitoring stock levels: Monitoring stock levels and analyzing data to ensure that inventory levels are adequate and not excessive. This requires the ability to analyze sales trends, forecasting demand, and tracking inventory levels.
∎ Sales reporting: Preparing and presenting sales reports to the management team on a regular basis. This includes tracking sales trends, analyzing sales data, and reporting on sales performance.
∎ Database management: Maintaining and updating the FMCG databases, including customer data, product data, and sales data.
∎ Communication: Communicating effectively with the sales and marketing team to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve the performance of the business unit.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2-3 years of experience in MIS department in food & Beverage industries.
∎ Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
∎ Strong organizational and time management skills.
∎ Proficiency in using software and tools.
∎ Knowledge of the food & Beverage industry MIS department activities and its requirements.
∎ Leadership and management skills.
