∎ Master of Science (MSc)
∎ Diploma in Computer Science (for Experienced Candidates).
∎ MBA or MA in any Subject with FMCG experienced.
∎ Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology,Asian University of Bangladesh,Jagannath University students will get preference

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with the sales team, prepare a training sheet and train them.
∎ Weekly report presentation to management.
∎ To recommend and implement new technology solutions to improve productivity.
∎ To prepare different kinds of MIS related reports as per business requirements.
∎ Monitoring MIS Team Member.
∎ IMS Monitoring
∎ Collecting daily sales data from field.
∎ Prepare daily various types of analytical report.
∎ Prepare & circulate trade program.
∎ Update & Circulate Price List and Product value chain.
∎ Distributor's stock monitoring and month end stock Collecting, file up & posting in ERP Software.
∎ Promotional/Branding items distribute to the field force.
∎ Prepare monthly national sales meeting agenda & meeting minutes.
∎ Prepare monthly sales analytical report for national sales meeting.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong communication in Bangla and English in both writing and speaking.
∎ Strong organizational, interpersonal and analytical skills.
∎ Fit to travel all over the country for training purpose.
∎ Sound knowledge of using MS excel application.
∎ Need to have strong interpersonal skills, a good listener, especially when problems arise.
∎ Team-oriented attitude to help other colleagues and departments with technical problems.

Salary: Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)
