Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/ MBA in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Build and maintain good relationship with clients, as well as the entire team to understand needs and objectives.
∎ Source potential suppliers on regular basis, evaluating suppliers.
∎ Preparing various types of LC documents in co-ordination with supplier and commercial department
∎ Preparing different types of purchase reports when required.
∎ Selecting supplier through price comparison, cost analysis & negotiation.
∎ Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
∎ Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.
∎ Any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
∎ Should be responsible to purchase the goods at a competitive price after verifying the local and foreign sources.
∎ Follow up prices, specifications & delivery dates to determine the best bid price among potential supplies.
∎ Responsible to ensure timely delivery of the goods to the factory and follow up with the store of all units for timely receiving of the goods.
∎ Monitoring all purchasing activities and stock of goods through proper paperwork and following the company policy.
∎ Identify suitable suppliers and negotiate for the best value without compromising the quality & specifications.
∎ Plan, organize and control the purchase activities of the local & foreign sources in order to achieve the set target within a competitive price margin.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2-3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management in food industries.
∎ Should be sound knowledge in FMCG machinery spare parts purchase.
∎ Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
∎ Strong organizational and time management skills.
∎ Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.
∎ Knowledge of the FMCG industry and its procurement requirements.
∎ Leadership and management skills.
