Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the production process of pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with GMP Good Review and approving batch records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
∎ Ensure production schedules are met within budget·       Conduct regular inspections of the production area to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
∎ Assist in the development and validation of manufacturing processes and procedures.
∎ Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement.
∎ Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality standards and operational procedures.
∎ Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock management.
∎ Participate in audits and inspections by regulatory bodies, ensuring all requirements are met.
∎ Manufacturing Practices and other regulatory standards.

In this role, you will ensure the highest quality and compliance standards in pharmaceutical production, contribute to process optimization, and support manufacturing operations.
