∎ Age 25 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Performing routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on looms to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
∎ Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical problems, potentially including minor repairs or notifying supervisors of more complex issues.
∎ Adjusting loom settings and production parameters to maximize efficiency, fabric quality, and throughput.
∎ Identifying and addressing weaving defects in fabric, including filler and warp end issues.
∎ Maintaining records of loom production, maintenance, and repairs for compliance and reporting.
∎ May involve training and mentoring junior technicians.
∎ Performing all duties in a safe manner, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
∎ Capability to follow and monitor daily production activities to meet delivery deadlines
∎ Should be cooperative in resolving floor control and compliance-related issues
