∎ Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English.
∎ Strong ability to motivate employees to ensure outstanding performance.
∎ Excellent computer skills (especially MS Words, MS Excel, Power Point), Internet browsing, Email Correspondence.
∎ Must have the mindset of being close to the factory.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To prepare production schedule as per target.
∎ To follow production plan as per shipment plan.
∎ To manage welding and paint section manpower properly.
∎ To manage sufficient supply of production inputs and finished goods.
∎ To achieve daily production target and ensuring required standard and quality.
∎ Investigate and analyzed problem, identify root cause and solution.
∎ Recommend process improvement to increase frame quality and production capacity.
∎ Keep proper documents and provide transparent report on time.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of all machineries with the help of maintenance team.
∎ Perform any others tasks assigned by management time to time.
