Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ 1-3 years of work experience in Quality Control Department in RMG sector/ similar organization.
∎ Knowledge of Quality assurance (fabrics washing system following standard and 4-point fabrics inspections system).
∎ Understanding of Textile and Garments production process (fabrics inspection, cutting, washing-color bleeding).
∎ Strong analytical and report writing skills.
∎ Innovative thinking to enhance existing processes and procedures is highly valued.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Follow and maintain the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the processing and finishing of product quality as per requirement.
∎ Conduct full inspection of every consignment by assuring color bleeding test, styling, measurement and all other quality aspects as per the approved sample.
∎ Conduct inspection of raw materials and accessories as per the required standard.
∎ Identify and focus on finding defects and take initiatives to solve the just-in-time (JIT) problems.
∎ Oversee and implement comprehensive quality control measures at all inspection stages, including inline, pre-final, and final.
∎ Visit the vendor factories on a frequent basis whenever required.
∎ Conduct root-cause analysis and take preventive action to reduce garments fault/defect and perform customer feedback analysis.
∎ Maintain records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation along with preparing reports and presentation.
∎ Collaborate with production partners to identify and implement quality enhancements.
∎ Arrange and moderate meetings and any others assignment given by the management according to the needs and guidelines.
