Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct tests and inspections on raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
∎ Utilize CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) to create detailed 2D and 3D models of battery-related components and assemblies.
∎ Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, drawings, and bills of materials (BOM).
∎ Identify areas for process improvement and suggest corrective actions to enhance product quality and efficiency.
∎ Collaborate with quality control teams, production personnel, and other stakeholders to communicate test results and ensure quality standards are met.
∎ Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes relevant to laboratory operations.
∎ Follow established SOPs and protocols to maintain consistency and accuracy in testing.
∎ Design and develop new products based on customer requirements and market demand, while optimizing existing products through improved manufacturing processes.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the line manager.
∎ We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled R&D Executive to lead the design, development, and optimization of products and processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting tests, creating detailed models using design software, preparing technical documentation, and identifying areas for process improvement. This role requires collaboration with quality control, production teams, and other stakeholders to ensure products meet the highest standards of quality and innovation.
