Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keeps front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
∎ Answers question and address complaint
∎ Answers all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
∎ Receives letters, packages etc. and distribute them
∎ Prepares outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
∎ Monitors office supplies and place orders when necessary
∎ Handles employee grievances
∎ Monitors office discipline and administration

∎ Age at least 27 years
