Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in any discipline from a reputed University/ Institute;
∎ LLB/LLB will have an advantage;

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To establish and maintain effective working relationship with Government bodies, local agents, land offices and other government and non-government organizations as per requirement;
∎ Efficient to maintain all types of official correspondence with Govt. /Semi - Govt. agencies and Corporate office as per the requirement;
∎ Understand and demonstrate RJSC online filing procedure in association with the concerned person of the departments;
∎ Dealing with land-related activities such as land measurement, verification of title & legal rights, Ground Rent, mortgage, power of attorney, registration/ deed/ agreement/ banana, commissioning, mutation of land & other legal documents from related Govt. Office;
∎ Keeping up to date with all Land related documents;
∎ Liaison with settlement office for Map & Record;
∎ To provide administrative support to the management and handling of confidential business issues;
∎ Sufficient working knowledge of office applications and generating reports;
∎ Any other responsibilities given by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum 5 years' experience in leading Real Estate companies/Club/Hotel;
∎ Must have knowledge of land documentation;
∎ Must be leadership capabilities with excellent communication skill;
∎ Computer literacy and online communication ability.
