Education:
∎ Bachelor/Honors
∎ Must have Bachelor's degree in any reputed University.
∎ Additional diploma or certificates on GDS / Tourism Hospitality related courses will be adding extra value.

∎ Knowledge on reservation and ticketing. GDS users will be preferred.
∎ Should be able to handle customers in proper and polite manner.

∎ Reporting day to day activities to the concerned authority.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Calculate the ticket price on the basis of the passenger demand, arrange the route, give the passenger schedule and fare information, and ensure the necessary coordination.
∎ Make reservations, issue tickets, issue EMD (Electronic Miscellaneous Document), issue extra baggage tickets, issue hajj tickets during hajj periods, and make all ticket change and refund transactions when necessary for the passengers who apply to the counter. Perform Revalidation, Rerouting, and Refund transactions. Knowledge on any GDS system will be adding advantage.
∎ Send, answer, and organize the messages related to their job, and reply the related phone, fax, e-mail, and telex messages.
∎ Resolve the problems encountered at the sales counter or in the passenger relations, or report them to their superior.
∎ Resolve the problems encountered in the passenger relations at the station, or report them to their superior.
∎ Must be an excellent team member.
∎ Perform the jobs required to be performed at the station within the framework of the ground operation supervision and management system. If there are not responsible personnel for the cargo activities, ensure that the processes related to the cargo operation at the station are carried out.
∎ Takes roles for carrying out corrective and preventive actions for the process, s/he is involved in; and implements any changes/amendments.
∎ If s/he is assigned within the knowledge and approval of her/his immediate superior, s/he contacts the institutions/authorities/producers/service providers outside the Company, and gives information to her/his immediate superior.
∎ Carries out and fulfills other works to be assigned by his/her immediate supervisor in relation to their primary duty. Knowledge on travel trade for Bangladesh territory.
∎ Answer incoming telephone calls, assist callers, take messages and provide information.
∎ Welcome Passenger by greeting, answering questions, responding to requests.
∎ Update and maintain information and program tracking.
∎ Workplace: Dhaka(City Office / Airport Office)
