∎ M.Sc. / MBA major in Marketing from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize revenue from chemical product sales.
∎ Identify and prospect new customers in target industries, build a strong customer base, and expand market reach.
∎ Conduct market research to identify potential clients, their needs, and market trends to adjust sales approaches accordingly.
∎ Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers through regular communication and visits to understand their requirements and provide appropriate product recommendations.
∎ Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to potential customers, highlighting the features and benefits of chemical products.
∎ Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions for both the company and the customer.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry conferences to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
∎ Monitor competitors' activities, pricing, and market trends to identify opportunities and threats, and recommend necessary actions to stay competitive.
∎ Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
∎ Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to management on a regular basis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers.
∎ Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a self-driven and result-oriented approach.
∎ Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
∎ Willingness to travel extensively to meet with clients and attend industry events.
