Job Context:
∎ NAAFCO Agrovet Ltd (a concern of NAAFCO Group) is one of the progressive and modern conglomerate in Bangladesh. To support its diversified business strategy for rapid expanding business, the company is looking for dynamic, ambitious, energetic, hardworking and result oriented professional for immediate appointment in its depot / region offices for the following position in Sales & Marketing Department:
∎ Officer - Sales & Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and Execution of sales target of the company.
∎ Identify new business opportunities and create new customers to increase sales volume and revenue.
∎ Ensure payment collection and delivery confirmation on time.
∎ Develop and maintain long-term relationships with dealers and farmers to ensure customer retention
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and provide updates to the Line Manager timely
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have job experience in similar field.
∎ Must be pro-active, self motivated.
∎ Very good in team work.
∎ Sound knowledge on Computer literacy.
∎ Good communication skill.
∎ Willing to travel frequently by motorcycle for field visit. Driving license is must.
Salary: Negotiable
