∎ Ensuring the seamless handling of claims and maintaining accurate data records.
∎ Processing claims efficiently to meet deadlines and uphold fairness.
∎ Verification of suspected claims both of physically & over telephone.
∎ Implementing proactive measures to mitigate fraudulent activities and protect organizational resources.
∎ Resolving customer concerns promptly to foster trust and positive experiences.
∎ Preparing detailed reports to track claims performance and support decision-making.
∎ Expanding the hospital network by identifying and adding suitable partners.
∎ Facilitating seamless cashless transactions for patients to enhance convenience.
∎ Building long-term, collaborative relationships with healthcare providers.
∎ Securing favorable terms through effective contract negotiations with hospital partners.
∎ Ensuring hospitals maintain high standards in patient care and operational performance.
∎ Collecting insights to understand patient experiences and drive service improvements.
∎ Tracking compliance with SLAs to ensure commitments are consistently met.
