Factory HR Administration, HR and Payroll, HRIS/ HR Database Management, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, payroll management, Payroll Processing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Group of Companies, Sweater Industry, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform day to day Payroll activities.
∎ Prepare daily Late, Absent, no out punch and Early Exit list and Follow Up daily attendance of Head Office/Factory employees.
∎ Prepare attendance sheet for monthly salary of Head Office/Factory employees.
∎ Check and verify the advances and bills (travel/food/accommodation/mobile/holiday etc.) according to the policy and practice and revert to both Accounts and Audit Departments.
∎ Prepare attendance sheet and verify payroll sheet for supplementary and arrears payments.
∎ Follow up disbursement of tiffin bill, night bill & mobile bill with Accounts and Audit.
∎ Fulfill queries from both Audit and Accounts Department on Compensation & Benefit (C&B) issues.
∎ Process Maternity Benefit/PF/Gratuity payments.
∎ Collect attendance from Factory and monitor for any gap.
∎ Good Knowledge to operate Jibika/ Kormee/ Logics payroll software.
∎ Capable to make pcs rate wages sheet in manually.
∎ Capable to make salaried worker/staff's wages sheet in manually
∎ Updating and maintaining payroll database.
∎ Maintain close communication with staff and section head for payroll related queries.
∎ Sound knowledge on labor law & compliance issues, which is relevant to compensation & benefit.
∎ Overall competent knowledge is required to handle payroll relevant all issues.
∎ To handle recruitment process, Orientation/Induction program, exit interview and final settlement etc.
∎ To prepare and maintain Attendance, Salary Administration, Leave Management and Compensation Benefit.
∎ To maintain a sound Performance Management System for all staffs and management personnel in the company.
∎ To ensure/prepare transfer, increment, promotion, separation, and confirmation related work.
∎ To Prepare / Issue office note, memo, office order & circular in respect of HR issues
∎ To assist for upgrading and implement of various HR policies for establishing smooth HR operation within the company.
∎ To carry out any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 03 years’ experiences in a 100% export oriented textile/garment industry.
∎ Should have experience on operating payroll by using Logic Software.
∎ Good oral and written communication in English & Bangla.
∎ Ms. Office / Excel Proficiency is must.
∎ Attention to detail & accuracy, willing to work under pressure.
