∎ Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
∎ Prior experience with ERP systems will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure smooth and uninterrupted production of quality products to meet daily targets.
∎ Monitor production processes, operational parameters, materials, and workplace environment.
∎ Enforce and maintain quality control standards throughout the production cycle.
∎ Allocate work to team members as per the production schedule.
∎ Ensure timely and accurate ERP operations and data entries.
∎ Prepare and submit daily production reports to the Shift In-Charge.
∎ Gather and analyze information from all relevant sources to support production efficiency.
∎ Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.
∎ Maintain a clean and organized work environment with proper documentation.
∎ Promote safety practices and guide staff on the use of equipment and resources.
∎ Supervise the shift and coordinate handovers with accuracy and accountability.
∎ Keep records of employee attendance and working hours.
∎ Participate in departmental meetings and training sessions as required.
∎ To support daily production operations by monitoring processes, maintaining quality and safety standards, ensuring efficient shift management, and contributing to smooth workflow and ERP-based documentation.
