Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain and keep record of recruitment process;
∎ Receive vacancy notification of manpower requirement from all departments and varify as per Manpower policy/ Organogram with consent of Reporting Officer;
∎ Initiate internally vacancy announcement;
∎ Make short list of internal candidates;
∎ Call for test and interview of short listed candidates;
∎ Conduct written tests and computer tests;
∎ Guide candidates for medical exam to assess physical fitness of the candidates;
∎ Accomplish Reference verification from referes;
∎ Initiate personnel file and update HRIS;
∎ Receive joining letter from the employee and preserve in personnel file;
∎ Assist in conducting new employee orientation program.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali;
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computing;
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame;
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills;

Salary: Negotiable
