Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years of experience in social compliance field.
∎ Strong understanding of Labor laws, regulations, and best practices.
∎ Effective written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Ability to communicate with employees by using strong interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong ethics and reliability.
∎ Candidate have to stay nearby factory.
∎ Excellent skills in MS Office, specially in MS Excel.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop compliance policy, procedures & guidelines in accordance with local laws & regulations and ensure its implementations.
∎ Assist with superiors to monitor compliance certifications like BSCI, SEDEX, Betterwork, ACCORD/RSC, Nirapon, Technical Audits and manage their audits.
∎ Maintain liaison with Buyers Auditor, Compliance Auditor/Third Party Auditors.
∎ Prepared the CAP against audit report.
∎ Identify non-compliance issues through daily monitoring and internal audits.
∎ Take corrective action by discussing with superiors about identified issues.
∎ Check the workers personal file, maternity file, disciplinary action file, resign worker file and leave register, monthly salary & OT sheet etc.
∎ Report daily activities to superiors.
∎ Perform additional tasks assigned by management.
