∎ Graduate from any recognized College/ university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Health/ Safety & Fire, HR, Labor Counseling, Security, Welfare
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Buying House, Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To manage the compliance function of the factories (social/ ethical/ structural & safety).
∎ Ensuring that the factories working with the company meet the customers required standards, via third party and internal audits.
∎ Should have communicate with the overseas customers directly and able to meet the requirements.
∎ Liaising with the overseas customer offices regarding ethical compliance audits.
∎ Reviewing factories performance against standards.
∎ The position will entail regular visits to factories.
∎ Will be responsible for monitoring counseling and motivation of factory team.
∎ Will ensure compliance to all regulatory and statutory requirements.
∎ Will face all kinds of Audit as per the COC and prepare/make ready the documents accordingly.
∎ Should have enough knowledge on local and int'l labor laws.
∎ All other Compliance related matters.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Extensive Ethical knowledge - thorough ,detailed knowledge of labour, environment & Health and Safety laws and fire safety laws in Bangladesh.
∎ Good knowledge of Building structural audits - e.g. Accord & Alliance audits.
∎ Good knowledge of customer ethical compliance standards requirements.
∎ Should have knowledge about the environmental sustainability
∎ Has the experience to work with factories and achieving results.
∎ Communication - need to be have very good English written skills and good English oral proficiency.
Salary: Negotiable
