Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure fire safety for the workplace areas as per Accord Standard & Guideline.
∎ Check of Fire equipment such as Smoke detectors,fire hydrant, fire doors, fire fghiting apparatus etc as well as regularly.
∎ Monitoring Fire Fighting & rescuer team and to conduct external & internal fire related training.
∎ Conducts regular fire drill. and emergency evacuation drill to aware employees any emergency incident.
∎ Identifies probable fire hazard areas and takes preventive measures on urgent basis .
∎ Maintain liaison with fire service authority.
∎ Able to comply any emergency task & order as well.
∎ Fire security measures must be tightening up as per direction of the management.
∎ Sensitive area must be regularly checked at day and night.
∎ Conduct Fire & Evacuation Drills and other training's to enhance knowledge and awareness.
∎ Coordinate training regularly on Fire, Safety and Security to all workers & employees.
∎ Maintain discipline in all production area regarding Fire Prevention, Safety & Security.
∎ Maintain factory from all sorts of Fire Safety issues.
∎ Monitor, Review & Check-up regularly all types of Fire Instruments.
∎ Prepare factory always for Fire, Safety and Security related requirements and issues as per New Fire License.
∎ Must have knowledge on installation of Panel Board System Fire Alarm, Smoke Detector as well as Complete Fire Hydrant System.
∎ Prepare report regularly on Fire, Safety & Security problems to the top management.
∎ Maintain and ensure safety in all production area and make sure a free & un-block evacuation for all employees.
∎ Responsible for safety issues for the activities of the security personnel's of the factories area.
∎ Ensure all Fire, Safety & Security personals are in right order and perform the duties as per the requirement.
∎ Any other assignment given by the Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Extensive knowledge about Fire Law and requirements of New Fire License.
∎ Will get more preference for willingness to stay beside Factory Premises.
∎ Able to work under pressure and for long time.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self driven & have good personality with leadership skill.
∎ Retired officer from Fire Service & Civil Deference will get preference.
∎ Application Should be strong knowledge on fire fighting & workplace Safety.
∎ Must demonstrate attitude of integrity, transparency, proactive and positive.
∎ Computer skills should be good.
