Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle payroll independently.
∎ Prepare various reports on payroll.
∎ Face any types of audit regarding payroll issues.
∎ Preparing Monthly salary sheet and performing all types of payroll issues.
∎ Continuous counseling to make the staff/worker fully motivated towards their responsible and loyal to the company.
∎ Interdependently handle capacity to shifting duty of Dyeing, Knitting, & Cutting.
∎ Conduct and assist compliance manager/ GM regarding all types of audit/visit and co-ordinate with the concern department/unit.
∎ Major responsibility is to prepare and maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data (The data use both fixed and Piece rate works).
∎ To Check Daily Attendance and maintain absenteeism record.
∎ Prepare daily late attendance list and send mail to respective department head to collect approval.
∎ To prepare monthly wages/salary sheet with comparing related records & documents.
∎ Maintaining leave records with hard copy of leave form.
∎ Review Master Information of personnel on monthly basis and make necessary update, if required.
∎ Maintaining absolute discretion and maturity in handling sensitive/confidential data.
∎ Ensuring the final settlement of resigned employees on time (for both worker and staff)
∎ Handling Office Staffs', officers' and Workers' Database (Personal File Management).
∎ Prepare various reports on payroll.
∎ Face any types of audit regarding payroll issues.
∎ To entry new joins and Lefty employees details into the Software and regulate them.
∎ To maintain new joins salary structure and Bank account details.
∎ Any special payments like Bonus, Incentives/ night bill/ holiday bill/ tiffin bill or any gifts to employees.
∎ Establish new staff/worker on Payroll/Personnel system.
∎ Punch and Manual data analysis and to investigate on missing punch data.
∎ Any work assigned by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge in Compensation/Benefits, Attendance, Leave Management, General HR, and HRIS / HR Database Management is mandatory.
∎ Excellent knowledge in MS office (Word, excel, PowerPoint).
