Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To arrange production activities following work schedule as programmed by Production Manager
∎ To analyze productivity, capacity utilization and manpower development
∎ To ensure proper cleaning of manufacturing area and production equipment
∎ To ensure all operators/helpers are properly dressed for their respective job and take measure to correct any deviation in consultation with Production Manager
∎ To ensure timely start of daily activities and completion of production in standard fixed time
∎ To ensure that all activities are done according to SOP's and records are maintained properly
∎ To ensure proper maintenance of Batch Manufacturing Records including batch yield calculation and timely submission to Production Manager.
∎ To prepare weekly and monthly production schedule.
∎ Any other activities related to Production as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1-3 years' experience in production.
∎ The applicants should have experience in sterile production.
∎ Good knowledge in cGMP.
∎ Computer skill in MS-Office & Internet based application.
