∎ Masters degree in any discipline, Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering or any course from BGMEA will get preference.

∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Buyer Nominated NQC
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up on all (DQA) work. Daily basis PLM check and update buyer information. Prepare every style PP meeting.
∎ Daily basis SOP check.
∎ Making production/Shipment plan.
∎ Handling foreign Buyer/QA.
∎ Sample monitoring development like Photo/CSR/FDS/PP/LAB Test/Silver Tag/TOP/Merchant/TOP QA LAB/PLM/SHOOT/DIRECT/PR/FSS sample.
∎ Follow up size set before start production.
∎ Make pilot run before submitting AEO QA.
∎ Pre-final inspection before offering 3rd party Inspection.
∎ Make a vendor assessment.
∎ Daily basis awareness meeting AEO DQA & factory QA teaMaking PSR for buyer QMake CAP report when giver the buyer QA.
∎ Attend and review all risk assessments, PP meeting reports & red tag samples.
∎ Coordinate with the quality auditor Pre-AQL auditor for predictable & preventive defects.
∎ Responsible Quality/ Technical / Production person for smooth solutions to any major issues.

∎ Must have experience working as NQC in lingerie manufacturing factory
∎ Experience working with AEO buyer will be preferred.
