Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with internal departments to ensure compliance with HopLun's ESG standard and all relevant local laws and regulations
∎ Prepare for,assist and follow up audits and assessments with internal & external stakeholders
∎ Arrange & conduct regular training on Hop Lun Sustainability standards and best practices
∎ Internal audits as per HopLun's standard
∎ Maintain a track record of all certificates, permits and approvals needed to operate as a business and ensure these are renewed on time
∎ Facilitate & oversee various customer projects
∎ Track social and environmental sustainability goals and KPIs, evaluate performance and support continuous improvement
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual performance reports for various internal and external audiences
