∎ Proficient in MS Office application

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Report daily stock updates and discrepancies.
∎ Maintain accurate records of material receipts and consumption.
∎ Receive and manage various materials such as Raw Materials (RMs), consumables, and spares.
∎ Update stock records periodically to reflect current inventory levels.
∎ Forecast material requirements based on consumption patterns and inform relevant personnel to raise indents accordingly.
∎ Monitor and control delivery activities, from transportation receiving to unloading and loading including documentation
∎ Continuously seek ways to improve store operations and material management processes.
∎ Undertake any other tasks as assigned by the department or company.
