Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Update the daily delivery schedule to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
∎ Ensure inbound and outbound logistics to meet delivery requirements and schedules effectively.
∎ Monitor drivers’ and helpers’ trip quantities to optimize material collection, loading, and delivery processes.
∎ Generate delivery challans through SAP to streamline documentation and tracking.
∎ Maintain and update registers and challan records to enhance the efficiency of the delivery process.
∎ Verify orders and issue delivery notes, ensuring accurate and complete documentation.
∎ Assist in developing and implementing supply chain strategies to achieve timely deliveries.
∎ Coordinate with production, transport, and logistics teams to facilitate seamless delivery operations.
∎ Prepare and present delivery schedule report, inventory reports, and other related reports to the supervisor.
