∎ At least 2 years of experience in vehicle maintenance, transport management, or a related field
∎ Must have good knowledge about Government rules and regulation of vehicles (BRTA and Traffic rules)
∎ Must have good knowledge of transport repair and maintenance
∎ Proven experience Strong knowledge of road regulations and safety standards
∎ Ability to maintain and update transport management software
∎ Strong communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external agencies
∎ Excellent organizational and analytical skills
∎ Ability to generate reports and provide actionable insights

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform regular inspections of all vehicles to ensure optimal condition and arrange for repairs and maintenance when necessary
∎ Maintain and update transport management software, including records for fuel usage, toll charges, conveyance, food expenses, and workshop bills
∎ Ensure that all vehicles and drivers comply with road and highway regulations, especially regarding parking, safety, and operational guidelines
∎ Keep, and maintain a comprehensive record of accidents, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
∎ Work closely with law enforcement agencies to address transport-related issues and resolve any legal matters
∎ Regularly monitor vehicle mileage and fuel consumption to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness
∎ Analyze vehicle performance and generate detailed reports for management, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring fleet efficiency
