Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To receive all incoming raw and packaging materials with a certificate of analysis, prepare MRR and send to quality control department for sampling and testing.
∎ To keep properly raw, packaging and finished goods as per SOP.
∎ To ensure timely delivery of raw and packaging materials to the production department as per formulation order/ requisition.
∎ To maintain temperature and humidity in the warehouse as per SOP and make records.
∎ To prepare SOP for warehouse equipment and systems.
∎ To maintain cleaning and sanitization in the department and maintain records.
∎ To maintain the FIFO system for raw, packaging and finished goods·
∎ To be involved in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Good Warehouse Practices (GWP) training program for the industry personnel including workers and other staff involved in the industrial operation.
∎ Proper and accurate documentation of raw, packaging and finished goods stock register books.
∎ To provide proper training for warehouse workmen and maintain records.
∎ Maintain and perform all jobs as per good storage guidelines.
∎ Cooperate with Production/QA/QC people during sampling of raw and packaging materials and also in affixing passed labels.
∎ A Well-Reputed Pharmaceuticals Company are looking for enthusiastic, committed, self-motivated and energetic candidates as Officer- Warehouse of Pharmaceuticals Production Basis for the mentioned positions who will contribute to our business expansion needs. In this role, you will ensure the highest quality and compliance standards in pharmaceutical production, contribute to process optimization, and support manufacturing operations.
