Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducts market research to identify new trends, fabrics and techniques, and seeking design inspiration
∎ Collaborates with team members to select seasonal themes and create new concepts
∎ Manages design process from conception through to final styling
∎ Organizes required fabric, trims &accessories, print and coordinates entire product development process
