∎ How Are You Textile Industry Limited, a subsidiary of Crystal International Group Limited, Hong Kong, is the sole textile mill located in Gargoria Masterbari, Sreepur, Gazipur, Bangladesh. We are currently seeking an experienced HR Senior/Officer who will play a pivotal role in managing the complete employee recruitment process and organizing Learning & Development activities as per schedule.
∎ In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring that all recruitment procedures are conducted fairly and transparently. Working closely with hiring managers, you will handle forms, shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, and maintain effective communication with applicants throughout the recruitment process. Your expertise will contribute to providing a seamless and professional experience for potential candidates.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the complete employee recruitment process, including application handling, candidate shortlisting, interview scheduling, and communication with applicants.
∎ Ensure that all recruitment procedures adhere to fair and transparent practices.
∎ Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide efficient recruitment support.
∎ Organize Learning & Development activities according to the established schedule.
∎ Maintain effective communication with candidates, providing updates on their application status.
∎ Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures related to recruitment and Learning & Development activities.
∎ Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
∎ Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and Learning & Development.
