∎ Age 26 to 30 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and track the unloading process of mother vessels at the port.
∎ Maintain and share daily operational reports with concerned departments.
∎ Monitor the activities of all chartered/coastal vessels.
∎ Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of all operational records.
∎ Act as the communication bridge between the Head Office and the Factory regarding vessel-related operations.
∎ Ensure timely flow of operational information and updates across locations.
∎ Manage the end-to-end process of all relevant bills (discharge, charter hire, agency, stevedoring, etc.).
∎ Verify and coordinate approvals and submission to Finance for timely payment.
