∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Distribution/ Supply Chain Management, Transport Maintenance, Transportation Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Dyeing Factory

Job Responsibilities:
∎ S/he is responsible to supervise all transportation activities, maintains factory vehicles including covered van, track, and car and supervises a number of drivers and helpers.
∎ S/he prepares and assigns duty and route schedule of the Drivers for entire day/week.
∎ S/he ensures timely availability of transport to the requested Department(s) and Official(s).
∎ S/he checks log books, fuel consumption and routine maintenance of all the vehicles
∎ S/he ensures daily inspection of office vehicle and takes necessary measure to ensure vehicles are in good working condition at all time.
∎ s/he monitors activities related to dispatching, routing, and tracking transportation vehicles for reducing transportation cost and maximizing resource utilization
∎ S/he updates/ renews fitness paper, tax token, insurance, road permit and all related documents within timeline to meet government requirements in order to avoid all kind of legal issues.
∎ Creates awareness among the Drivers about road safety & security, change of concerned laws/Traffic rules etc. as and when required
∎ Prepares and presents report on the Drivers' performance, fuel consumption, maintenance costs, accident report (if any) for management use.
