Job Context:
∎ People`s Leasing and Financial Services Limited (PLFS) is a public listed Non Banking Financial Institution (NBFI) established in 1996 under Companies Act-1994 and within the ambit of Financial Institutions Act-1993.
∎ To meet the company`s present need we are looking for experienced, energetic, result oriented and self motivated candidate to serve the company.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To assist/execute primarily Company's home loan disbursement related functions including follow-up with customers for disbursement.
∎ Docketing of the disbursed files and reconciled of various accounts.
∎ Generate new customer leads through various channels.
∎ Prepare regular visit plan and identify prospective home loan customers from the target market.
∎ Follow the various internal guidelines and procedures.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction through regular engagement.
∎ Resolve customer queries/issues and facilitate customer service.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ At least 02 (two) years practical experiences in Bank preferably NBFI.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and Leadership skills.
∎ Able to excel in high-pressure situations.

Salary: Negotiable
