Job Context:
∎ We are looking for the candidates who are ready for shifting duty.
∎ Experience Needed: Cutting, Sewing & Finishing (Knit Garments)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare & monitor the layout of equipment, materials and work space to achieve maximum efficiency.
∎ Study individual operator's performance and train up them.
∎ Monitor line wise production report by hourly output basis.
∎ Coordinate with Sewing Incharge and Supervisor for line feeding & related job.
∎ Ensure proper utilization of man, machine & material for smooth productivity.
∎ Prepare monthly production report, efficiency report & machine breakdown report etc.
∎ Design proper work methods for workers, staffs, and specific products.
∎ Design control systems to minimize production cost and resolve production issues.
∎ Suggest methods for increasing production, productivity & efficiency.
∎ Time motion study including SMV (Standard Minute Value), ascertaining the non-productive/ idle time and put suggestion to resolve/control that.
∎ Develop management control systems to ensure better production planning & controlling cost at optimum level.
∎ Find out reasons for defects, wastage and ensure solution.
∎ Develop quality control process to resolve production problems and minimize the production cost.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Have to perform shifting duty.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in Industrial Engineering.
∎ Should have experience in working with Knit Based Garments.
∎ Proficiency in software/IT skills.
∎ Knowledge on Fabric, Accessories, Machine, Production Process.
∎ Good command in both written and spoken in English.
