∎ Must have B.Pharm/M.Pharm.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee all line activities of production which include dispensing raw materials, crushing and sieving, blending operation, pouch filling & sealing, packaging and transfer finished products to store etc.
∎ Submit various production reports to Head of Production.
∎ Prepare URS of production machines & equipment and conduct technical scrutiny.
∎ Maintain liaison with QA, Engineering, Purchase, Distribution, Store, Administration & Accounts department for smooth operation; maintain proficient relationship with the union representatives for congenial atmosphere.
∎ Allocate and supervise job of Production Executives, Officers, Operators and Process Workers.
∎ Monitor all utility service necessary for production, implementing GMP, timely availability of all raw and packaging materials.
∎ Ensure cleanliness & hygiene and control wastage of production.
∎ Prepare annual budget for production and facilitate technical & financial audit for factory.

Additional Requirements:

Salary:
∎ Salary and other remuneration will be given as per HR Policy.
