Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan finishing production according to sewing requirement
∎ Ensure production with right quality and finishing parameter
∎ Assist Manager in Finishing Production schedules to ensure maximum efficiency
∎ Set and ensure production team is following approved finishing parameter
∎ Ensure machines are maintained to optimal level of operation
∎ Lead finishing production activities to assure that products are produced within the established cost control and quality standards
∎ Control finishing operation cost within approved budget by evaluating actual expenditure and budgeted cost
∎ Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy floor
∎ Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace
