Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To have a clear idea and able to handle independently overall Cash incentive activities.
∎ Communicate and co-ordinate with Bank officers, Yarn/Fabric Suppliers, BGMEA / BKMEA office, Bangladesh Bank.
∎ Collect all export & import documents & information from the concerned department.
∎ Calculate and estimate Cash Incentive Claimed amount (calculation/cost sheet) and as per Bangladesh Bank FE Circular.
∎ Maintain liaison with Bangladesh Bank regarding export proceeds and Collect Proceeds Realization Certificate (PRC) and Back to Back (B2B) Certificate for Cash Incentive Purpose.
∎ Follow up & collect cash BTMA certificate from local Yarn/Fabric Suppliers (For Direct & Deemed Export).
∎ Correspond with Bangladesh Bank External Audit Team for Cash Incentive purpose.
∎ Collect relevant documents, prepare, submit & collect Association (BGMEA/BKMEA) Certificate from concern office.
∎ Maintain liaison with nominated Audit Firm for Cash Incentive related regulatory organizations for Cash Incentive purpose.
∎ Responsible to collect Audit report/Certificate and forward/claim (via lien Bank) cash incentive certificate to the Bangladesh Bank & follow up for payment/fund disbursed & also collect Cash Incentive claimed disbursement amount from different lien Bank.
∎ Responsible to collect Cash Incentive Certificate from the Bank and forward the certificate for payment to the Central against claimed cash incentive certificate.
∎ Maintain overall "Cash Incentive Statement" and report time to time to concern Departmental Head.
