Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Searching and Hunting Place: To find a suitable location for a diagnostics and consultation center in Bangladesh, consider factors like accessibility, proximity to existing medical facilities, and potential customer base. Research different areas within Divisional town, analyze their demographics, and assess traffic patterns to determine the best location.
∎ Maintenance Management: Supervise and coordinate all maintenance activities, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, ensuring timely and effective completion of tasks.
∎ Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment and facilities.
∎ Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the maintenance team, providing training and guidance to ensure high performance and adherence to safety protocols.Inspection and Reporting: Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify issues, prepare reports, and recommend solutions or improvements.
∎ Budget Management: Assist in budgeting for maintenance projects and operational costs, ensuring efficient resource allocation and control.
∎ Compliance: Ensure all maintenance work complies with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
∎ Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers for specialized maintenance services as needed.
∎ Emergency Response: Act as a point of contact for emergency maintenance issues, providing quick and effective solutions to minimize disruption.
∎ Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment history for audit and compliance purposes.
