Banks, Immigration & Education Consultancy Service, Multinational Companies
Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a passionate, can-do and positive minded candidate who will be responsible in dealing with clients and maintaining relationship
∎ The selected person will have to make calls every working day through online but from office
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handling Calls and making promotional calls time to time, and providing detailed information about our services to clients over the phone and thorough texts and video chats
∎ Handling emails and online inquiries, & materialize through mail and phone calls
∎ Delivering a proper demonstration of the product in a highly effective manner for successful sales closure
∎ Interact with the sales and support teams when needed to resolve any issues regarding the services
∎ Help clients identify their ideal travel package based on their suggests and requirements
∎ Creating and Managing Customer, Maintain visitors Database and regular follow - up them
∎ Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms, and maintain files and CRM records
∎ Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made
∎ Ability to meet deadlines, and individual and team targets
∎ Conduct local and global immigration seminars whenever and wherever needed (both inside and outside Dhaka).
∎ Participate in video shoots and live sessions, arranged by the marketing wing, whenever necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Remain available to work overtime if needed
∎ Remain available to travel outside Dhaka for Official Purpose if needed
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Provident fund
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 3
∎ Lunch Allowance
∎ Monthly Roaster Leave Facilities
∎ Yearly Paid Annual Leaves Up To 21 days and Sick Leaves 10 Days
