∎ অনলাইন সেলস এক্সিকিউটিব পজিশনের কাজ:-
∎ Hope Lifestyle- এর সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া পেইজ ও ওয়েবসাইটে প্রতিদিন কাস্টমার ম্যানেজমেন্ট
∎ - সঠিক ইনফরমেশন দিয়ে গ্রাহকের বিশ্বস্ততা অর্জন
∎ - রিস্ক ম্যানেজমেন্টে পারদর্শী
∎ - সম্পূর্ণ অ্যাডমিন টিমের সাথে যুক্ত থাকা এবং নির্ধারিত Ad-hoc কাজ সম্পাদনা
∎ কাজের ধরন:- সপ্তাহে ৬দিন অফিস।*
∎ - অফিস টাইম: সকাল ০৯.০০ টা থেকে সন্ধ্যা ০৭.০০টা।
∎ এই পজিশনটিতে:- Hope Lifestyle-এর ওয়েবসাইট প্রদত্ত অর্ডার রি-ভেরিফিকেশন করতে হবে- ফেইসবুক পেইজে মেসেজ ও কমেন্টস এর রিপ্লাই দিতে হবে- পেইজ ইনবক্স ও কলে প্রদত্ত অর্ডার প্যানেলে কাষ্টমার প্রদত্ত ইনফরমেশন নির্ভুলভাবে এন্ট্রি করতে হবে- প্রতিটি কল খুব গুরুত্ব সহকারে হ্যান্ডেল করতে হবে এবং প্রতিটি কাষ্টমারের ইস্যু/পরামর্শ/অভিযোগ নোট রাখতে হবে- আবেদনকারীর ভালো টাইপিং স্পীড থাকতে হবে- অবশ্যই বাংলা ভাষায় টাইপিং জানতে হবে- অর্ডার প্রসেস ও প্যাকেজিং এ টিমমেটদের সাহায্য করতে হবে- যেকোনো চ্যালেঞ্জ মোকাবিলায় ইন্সট্যান্ট সিনিয়রদের সহযোগীতা নেয়ার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে
