∎ Age 25 to 40 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop objectives for handling company’s day-to-day activities.
∎ Conduct effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources.
∎ Web application development expertise in React.Js, Next.Js and Python Django.
∎ Work with front end developers to build site templates, access and store data, and provide endpoints.
∎ Knowledge of front-end framework like Angular, React, Vue etc will be plusWorking knowledge of Web Services (e.g., JSON, RPC, REST, XML, SOAP, etc.)
∎ Optimize websites including SQL queries, code-refactoring, caching, CDNs etc.
∎ Strong Knowledge on Algorithm, Data Structure, Design patterns, OOP.
∎ Experience with third-party APIs integration not limited to payment gateway APIs and Extensive experience using Git and Bitbucket. Thorough understanding of the HTTP request/response cycle.
∎ Ability to meet tight deadlines, viewing challenges and new opportunities positively.
∎ Capability to gather and document specifications/requirements in a standard format.
∎ Collect and analyze reeiptionist activities (sales rates, costs, customer service metrics etc.)
∎ Hire, coach and provide training to student’s to maintain high quality training standards.
∎ Monitor and improve training, ordering, telephone handling and other procedures.
∎ Evaluate performance with key metrics (Executive, data, custommer support and etc.)
∎ Prepare reports for different departments or upper management.
∎ Maintain smooth coordination between Sales & production.
∎ Develop a corporate customer base and new market segments.
∎ Prepare, monitor, and control sales team members' attendance and leave, and send the statements on a monthly basis.
∎ Address employee-related issues such as complaints and disciplinary procedures according to company policies.
∎ Strong ability to manage multiple timelines and complete tasks efficiently within the constraints of clients’ timelines and budgets.This role requires a proactive approach, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
