Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in the Evaluation and Solution of Potential Field Problems, referring them to the Departmental Head /Project Architect.
∎ Coordination with the Departmental Head/Project Architect of the Head Office and other Relevant Departments.
∎ Planning and Preparation of Work Timeline/Schedule.
∎ Estimation of the material required for the project.
∎ Supervision of all Structural and Finishing Works.
∎ Preparation of BOQ and Materials requisition.
∎ Monitoring Materials Consumption, Stock and Delivery Status.
∎ Preparing and Checking of Labor & Contractor's Bill.
∎ Perform other Tasks Assigned by the Company.

∎ Age at least 24 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ Candidate Must have Experience in Supervising Interior Projects Independently.
∎ Must have a Clear Concept Regarding the AUTO CAD Drawing, Design & Specifications.
∎ Clear Concept on Interior Decoration Materials and its Sourcing.
∎ Strong Interpersonal Skills and the Ability to work effectively with others and on Teams.
