∎ We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager for our night shift operations in the garments sector. The ideal candidate will oversee all production activities, ensuring efficiency, quality, Administration and adherence to safety standards. You will lead a team, manage workforce, and coordinate with various departments to meet production targets.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ • Oversee night shift production operations to ensure smooth workflow.
∎ • Monitor production schedules, ensuring timely completion of orders.
∎ • Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain product standards.
∎ • Lead, train, and develop the production team, fostering a positive work environment.
∎ • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., planning, quality, logistics) to optimize production processes.
∎ • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
∎ • Prepare and present reports on production performance to senior management.
